Yes, reservations are mandatory for all our services. Early booking is recommended due to limited capacity. You can make reservations via WhatsApp at 📞 0 (538) 230 00 30. Reservation hours: 09:00-01:30.

Beach categories:
• Family Zone (Natural Sand): 1.100₺ per person
• Adult Zone (Platform): 1.500₺ per person
• VIP Zone (Dubai Sand): 2.000₺ per person

Important: Prices are minimum spending limits, not entrance fees. You can spend this amount during the day except for dinner service. Spending limit is per person. Children aged 0-5 are free.
Prices include loungers, lifeguard service, and area usage.

Yes, we have a special area for families with children!

• Families with children are accepted only in the natural sand area
• Platform and Dubai sand areas are exclusively for adults only
• Children aged 0-5 are free of charge
• Natural sand area features shallow and controlled swimming area
• Safe play area under lifeguard supervision
• We provide a child-friendly and safe beach experience

Pets are accepted with restrictions:

• Pets are welcome during beach hours (09:00-17:45)
• No pets allowed in platform areas during dinner service (after 17:45)
• Pets must be leashed and under control at all times
• Other guests should not be disturbed
• Please inform us about your pet when making a reservation

Daytime Beach Hours (09:00-17:45): Beach wear, swimwear, shorts, and casual clothing are appropriate.

Dinner Service (20:00-23:30): Smart casual dress code required. Men: long pants and shirt recommended. Women: elegant casual attire. Swimwear and beach clothes are not appropriate for dinner service.

Beach Services: Only credit cards and debit cards are accepted. Cash payment is not accepted.

Dinner Service: Credit cards, debit cards, and cash payment are accepted.

Contactless payment options are also available. Please inquire about details during reservation.

In case beach service cannot be provided due to weather conditions, your reservation may be cancelled or postponed to another day. Our restaurant and Starbucks services continue indoors. Please call for current weather-related information.

Our Entry Policy:
• Female guests: Single female guests are welcome and can enjoy all our services alone.
• Male guests: For security and atmosphere reasons, single male entry is not permitted. Male guests must be accompanied by a partner, friend, or group.
